Three, technical specifications

The main technical parameters (Table 1. 2.QJ series submersible pump.
The main technical parameters (Table 2) for the 3.YQS series well used Submersible motor.
The motor is AC rated frequency 50Hz, synchronous speed is 3000r/min.
(2) motor is a continuous operation system.
(3) when the power supply voltage to the rated value of the deviation is not more than 5%, the frequency of the nominal value of the deviation is not more than 1%, the motor can output rated power.
Note: the factory can also design and produce rated frequency 60Hz, rated voltage 220V or 660V submersible electric pump.

Four, submersible pump selection

1 for deep understanding:
To reasonably select and use a submersible pump, the following items should be understood:
(1) the requirements of the use of the conditions.
(2) inner diameter and depth of deep well.
(3) the still water level and the water level of the deep well.
(4) the optimal water inflow in deep wells.
2 the calculation of the total lift of the submersible electric pump:

Five, structural description
QJ series submersible electric pump unit by the pump working part of the submersible motor, pipe section of the "including Yang water, pump seat, etc., cable, gate valve, control cabinet and other components. Pump and motor through the coupling directly connected to the water work.
1 pump working part is the core of the unit. By the impeller, the shell, the shell, the pump shaft, the bearing, the water inlet section, the check valve and the valve body and so on. (see chart).
2 submersible motor is the power source of the unit. From the stator, rotor, upper and lower guide bearing, thrust bearing, base, connecting frame, sealing device, etc.. (see chart).

Six, installation, use and maintenance of attention
(a) installation
1 inspection of deep wells:
(1) well check:
Before installing the unit, check the borehole diameter is in accordance with the unit under the shape of the part of wells.
(2) deep well washing: new play well. Firstly, the application of the air compressor or the old deep well pump well washing, out of the wells reached cleansing, and then install the use submersible pump.
(3) inspection of deep water temperature: according to the conditions of use requirements, water quality, water depth and check whether within the prescribed scope.
