I. Ⅱ)Working principle JP series capstan type sprinkling machine adopts the vortex type power drive system which is easy to operate and durable. It is uniquely designed with large section and low pressure, which enables it to reach a higher collecting rate even at a very much lower flow rate. The rotary speed of the water turbine leads from the vortex axle, into the reducer via a two-speed belt drive device. After the speed is being reduced, a powerful torque is produced via the transmission of chain to drive the capstan to rotate, so as to realize the automatic collecting of the PE pipe. Meanwhile, the high pressure water that outflows from the water turbine is directly transmitted to the sprinkler head via PE pipe, and the sprinkler head has the high pressure water evenly sprayed upon the crops, scattered into small droplets and fallen evenly. The sprinkling operations continue with the movement of the PE pipe. The adjustable tongue plate is installed in the inlet elbow of the water turbine. The opening of the tongue plate can adjust the flow lashed on the blades of the water turbine, so that the speed of the axle of the water turbine also changes, along with the movement speed of the PE pipe, so as to achieve the purpose of different precipitation depth. The shaft of the adjustable tongue plate is connected through the ball joint and a laminated compensation mechanism. With the change of the effective diameter of the winch and the friction resistance of the PE pipe when the sprinkling machine is at work, the laminated compensation rod of the PE pipe automatically adjust the opening degree of the adjustable tongue plate, so as to ensure the recovery speed of PE pipe and maintain the constant speed in winding, so as to realize the purpose of even spraying with automatic adjustment on speed. The brake system is automatically shut down by the influence of the connecting rod. Ⅳ) The main components of the reel type sprinkling machine: 1.Water turbine The water turbine is the heart part of the whole machine, installed at the stream position of the reel. It is the motive power driving system of the unit for normal function. Meanwhile, it can regulate the flow and ensure the recovery of the PE pipe with even speed. The axial flow water turbine is composed of the volute and the turbine. The turbine uses the grade 304 stainless steel plate to press the bending. After weld with the stainless steel welding rod using special tool into shape, and then processed with the numerical control lathe. The volute is molded into shape with special steel die using high strength aluminum alloy, and then processed by the lathe, milling machine and drilling machine in accordance with the drawings. The shaft is sealed with mechanical seal, and has advantages on accessible to sewage and high efficiency, low pressure needed to start the water turbine, well sealed in all sides and long service span,etc. The outlet of the water turbine is installed with adjustable tongue plate, which enables to realize the speed regulation with no grades at the outlet and reel pipe and ensures the recovery with even speed. 2. Multiple functional transmission device Multiple functional transmission device is the control system of the whole unit. The system can realize the clutch, brake, variable speed, quick recovery and safe recovery of the transmission system. The multiple functional transmission device can achieve the two-level speed variation by itself, also it can achieve two-level speed variation by changing the belt wheel, so the transmission device can achieve four-level speed variation. The system is compact in structure, simple in operation, reliable, flexible, and the operating handle can achieve speed variation, clutch and brake. At the same time it can automatically control the handle through the connecting rod system. when the sprinkling wagon returns to the end, it controls the handle by the connecting rod to achieve the transmission system automatically stops working and brakes. 3.Guiding device The key part is the guiding rod which adopts the automatic positive and negative "8" word screw guiding system. The thread form uses the rectangular screw thread, and the joint of the positive and negative thread is smoothly transitioned. "8" word screw is processed with the milling machine specially used for"8" word. The surface of the guiding rod is processed with quenching treatment to improve its wear resistance. It can effectively ensure the reliability of reversing, and guarantee the PE pipe is safely and orderly arranged on the capstan. And the guide walks evenly without being stuck, completely solving the reversing difficulty of the guiding mechanism, thus improving the precision of the PE pipe alignment. 4.Turntable It uses the turntable specified for automobile. It can freely choose the spraying direction within 270 degrees after pulling off the turntable positioning pin and turning the reel. After the spraying direction is determined, insert the positioning pin into the positioning hole and fix the turntable. 5.PE water pipe It is the new high-tech product with many years of improved experiments through the use of foreign formula and HE3470 raw materials. With durable test in Hainan, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia and other places, its service span is over 30 years under ambient temperature -30℃～+40℃. The PE pipe is made of imported raw materials that is anti-aging and anti corrosion, enjoying international advanced technical index. The wall thickness is more than 6.8mm. Rotary support: to maintain the flexibility of rotation under the total load. 11.Water supply connection pipe: The standard configuration is equipped with automatic closing valve or safety valve.It is installed with a quick connector at both ends, making it easy to connect with the inlet pipe of the water turbine. It is equipped with the water pressure gauge which reads intuitively. It is equipped with speed compensation mechanism, and equipped with precise speed adjustment device.
