Product Use

WQ (QW) series submersible sewage pump is suitable for conveying water or water containing solids and fibers. 

Use conditions

1. WQ (QW) series products are used under the rated voltage of 380V and power frequency of 50Hz;
2. The medium temperature does not exceed 40 degrees, the medium density less than or equal to 1150kg/m³, PH within the range of 5~9; 
3. The altitude is not more than 1000 meters;
4. The transport medium viscosity is not more than 1000CP;
5. The product must be fully submerged in the water when at work, but it must not exceed 10m;
6. The product is mainly made of cast iron, and can not be used in medium of strong corrosion or medium containing strong corrosion ;
Note: Make sure the practical use conditions of the pump are in accordance with the above terms in selection, installation and use, to ensure the correct use of the product.
Model significance

Structure description

1. The impeller of the submersible sewage pump is designed with double blade;
2. The motor insulation of the submersible sewage pump is class F, protection class IP68, and of S1 continuous operation system;
3. The oil chamber of the submersible sewage pump is provided with a filling hole, and the oil chamber is filled with oil when the pump leaves factory; 
4. The leakage protection, overheat protection and other special requirements of the submersible sewage pump should be put forward when the order is placed by users;
5. Water leakage detector is used to detect the leakage of the mechanical seal of the side pump. When water is flown into the oil chamber to a certain percentage, the probe will issue a warning signal (the indicator light on) through the electric control cabinet. It is quite normal with one alarm after thousands of hours of operation, and the lubricating oil in the oil chamber should be replaced after the alarm.
6. When the motor winding temperature reaches the set value, the overheat protector will automatically issue the alarm and stop the operation of the motor through the control cabinet. When the winding temperature drops, the motor is restored to the starting state.

Note: when the submersible pump automatically stops, the actual reasons should be identified.  Start running after the troubleshooting to ensure the use safety of the pump!

Technical description

1. Looking down from the motor side, the submersible sewage pump spins clockwise; 
2. The logo of power line and signal line (optional) :  power line: light blue (U),  black (V),  brown (W), green / yellow ( );

②Protection device: light blue (11)--the leakage probe black (12)—the leakage probe brown (21)—the overheat protector green / yellow (22)--the overheat protector. The signal line is usually 4×1.0, and the leakage protection and heat protection device are normally open, and other requirements should be put forward when order is placed.
 
Note: the above wiring must be correct and reliable, to ensure the use safety of the pump!

Warning

1. In order to prevent electric shock, one should read the manual to understand the correct installation method;
2. In order to prevent electric shock, the power supply should be cut off before the pump is repaired or cleaned up;
3. In order to reduce the risk of electric shock, it can only be connected with power supply of proper grounding.  
4. In order to prevent electric shock, the electric pump is not allowed to be disassembled arbitrarily or not installed with the overload protector;
5. In order to prevent electric shock, people and livestock are prohibited in surrounding waters when the pump is in use;
6. The electric pump shall be connected with overload protection device (equipped according to customer's actual needs, and it is optional to prevent overheated temperature due to short circuit or overload; the overload protection device shall not act in normal circumstances).

Auxiliary facilities

1. The submersible sewage pump must be matched with its adaptive electric control cabinet, and the company can match it when put forward in placing orders;
2. The electric control cabinet matched with the submersible sewage pump shall have the adaptive system with the protection device of the submersible sewage pump. If the matched electric control cabinet does not match with the pump or not connected with the protection device of the pump, it may run the risk of start failure, fault alarm and non-stopped pump. If not dealt with timely, the motor will be burned;
3. The thermal relay of the electric control cabinet shall maintain the manual reset which will help find the fault;
4. When the electric control cabinet is in automatic control state, the float switch can limit the minimum operating level, to ensure the motor running without dehydration;
5. When the power line and signal line of the motor are applied with the threading pipe, the pipe diameter and bending radius are determined by the outer diameter of the cable;
6. Please be sure to use the special electric control cabinet of the submersible sewage pump, the level float switch and the terminal box according to the instructions.
